We will provide updates each week to keep everyone up-to-date.   ## BigPanda AI Ops… Everything else is just bull! **Eric Skeens: **Eric Skeens with 3 Tree Tech. I wanted to give you a quick update on things that we’re going to be doing with a company that you may have been seeing pretty heavily, at least being advertised by us, called BigPanda.  They just sent me some new swag.  A cool little hat.  I really like the style.  I like things taht are not in your face.  Then, I also have a t-shirt, as I always have a BigPanda t-shirt.  This one’s my red one.  In addition, I got a pair of socks. From there, i wanted to give an update of some of the things that we have going on: We’ll have an article that’s coming out specifically on AI Ops.  If you’re not familiar with AI Ops, you’ll find out in that article. Additionally, we have an awesome commercial that will be done by none other than our wonderful friend, Mateo Taylor, who is the son of Kris Taylor, and you all know who Kris Taylor is.  He heads up our cyber security division, as well as our Biz Dev components.  He \[Mateo\] did a great commercial for BigPanda, and we’ll have that posted shortly. There’s also two events that you can find on our **[Events](https://www.3treetech.com/events/#october)** page.  One is a **[virtual summit](https://www.bigpanda.io/itopsready/?utm_medium=partner&utm_source=3treetech&utm_campaign=200930_virtual_event-itopsready)** that BigPanda is putting on.  It is a great event that is going across 2-days. Then we’re going to be hosting a **[virtual event](https://start.bigpanda.io/201021_Field_Event-3-Tree-Tech-Happy-Hour_LP.html?utm_medium=partner&utm_source=3treetech&utm_campaign=201021_field_event-3TT_Happy_Hour&utm_content=fallvs)** with BigPanda called “BigPanda AI Ops… Everything Else is Just Bull!”  We’ll be explaining to you the difference of what true Open Box Machine Learning AI Ops is, as well as the competitors that are trying to knock BigPanda out in that space. Look forward to all the events that we’re going to be doing with you and let me know if there’s any questions you have in the comments. Until next time. Eric Skeens with 3 Tree Tech signing out.  Cheers! ![Eric Skeens of 3 Tree Tech](https://insights.3treetech.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/Eric-Skeens-Jul-06-2024-10-21-47-8549-AM.jpg?width=100&height=100&name=Eric-Skeens-Jul-06-2024-10-21-47-8549-AM.jpg) *[Eric Skeens](https://www.3treetech.com/team/eric-skeens/) is the co-founder of* [*3 Tree Tech*](https://www.3treetech.com/) *in Portland.
